Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Remote - India

Job Type: Full-time 9am-5pm EST

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about illustration, has experience with social media and web graphics, and is eager to expand their skills. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our senior designer and the marketing team to create visually engaging materials that represent our brand and support our campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a variety of digital materials, including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, videos, and advertisements.
  • Assist in designing website page graphics and other digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and an understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Produce illustrations and icons that enhance our visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the senior designer to develop visually cohesive and compelling graphics.
  • Modify and improve existing designs based on feedback to ensure quality and consistency across all media.
  • Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for new projects and campaigns.
  • Stay current with design trends, industry tools, and new techniques to continuously enhance design skills.

Tools & Software

  • Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is plus.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of prior experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including web graphics and illustrations (required).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and responsive web design.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, polished visuals.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic experience in creating web page graphics and understanding of web design principles.
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media design standards across various platforms.

3LPA - 4.2LPA + Guaranteed Annual Bonus
