Job summary
Human eSources is looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in developing an exciting new product line to augment our award-winning, cloud-based Education software applications.
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end aspects of web applications. Working closely with senior developers, you will contribute to the overall design and functionality of projects while gaining valuable experience in coding, debugging, and problem-solving. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and collaborative programming environment. Ideal for recent graduates or those looking to kickstart their career in web development.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Assist in the implementation of frontend and backend components
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsive design
- Contribute to technical documentation and development processes
- Support continuous integration and deployment workflows
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Nest.JS (Novice-Intermediate)
- Node.js (Novice-Intermediate)
- HTML/CSS (Intermediate)
- GitHub (Novice-Intermediate)
- SQL Databases (Novice)
Preferred:
- Certificate – Web Development – Full Stack Web Development Certification from a recognized coding bootcamp.
- Certificate – JavaScript Frameworks – React.js and Node.js Professional Certification.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Software Development Intern – Hands-on experience in web application development.

Compensation
- Annual Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 plus available bonuses., Investigative
