Job summary

Human eSources is looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in developing an exciting new product line to augment our award-winning, cloud-based Education software applications.

As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end aspects of web applications. Working closely with senior developers, you will contribute to the overall design and functionality of projects while gaining valuable experience in coding, debugging, and problem-solving. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and collaborative programming environment. Ideal for recent graduates or those looking to kickstart their career in web development.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Assist in the implementation of frontend and backend components
  • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Optimize application performance and ensure responsive design
  • Contribute to technical documentation and development processes
  • Support continuous integration and deployment workflows

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Nest.JS (Novice-Intermediate)
  • Node.js (Novice-Intermediate)
  • HTML/CSS (Intermediate)
  • GitHub (Novice-Intermediate)
  • SQL Databases (Novice)

Preferred:

  • Certificate – Web Development – Full Stack Web Development Certification from a recognized coding bootcamp.
  • Certificate – JavaScript Frameworks – React.js and Node.js Professional Certification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Software Development Intern – Hands-on experience in web application development.
  • REST API Development (Novice-Intermediate)
  • Docker (Novice-Intermediate)
  • Agile Methodologies

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 plus available bonuses., Investigative
