Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, innovative Designer to join our team. While a background in UX design is preferred, the primary focus of this role will be on creating visually appealing and effective templates for AI-generated product marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure designs are delivered on time and meet user expectations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create personalized designs for premium subscribers and adapt designs for different markets, including India, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Design multipurpose templates for AI-generated product marketing materials, including text and image layouts.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure designs are delivered on time and meet user expectations.
• Create personalized design experiences for premium subscribers.
• Adapt designs to suit regional preferences and market trends across India, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
• Maintain and enhance design systems and style guides for consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and e-commerce graphics.
• Optimize templates for performance, accessibility and responsiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, preferably with UX experience.
• Experience designing for multiple markets or regions is preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
