What You’ll Do

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Hyring, you’ll be part of a lean, agile team building the core platform. You’ll work on new features, help optimize performance, and contribute to product innovation — from dashboard experiences to live coding assessments and fraud detection systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and real-time services
• Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and deploy to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Troubleshoot production issues and help improve performance and security

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Experience with Express.js, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and product-thinking mindset
• Bonus: Experience with WebSockets, authentication systems, or working on SaaS products
