We are a software development consulting company, and our developers work on various long-term projects for our valued partners in finance, logistics, energy, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing. Our offices are in Zagreb, Bjelovar and Varaždin and we have a development centre in Kragujevac, Serbia. We are currently looking for experienced Java developers to join active projects in the public administration domain. This is a remote position with long-term engagement and a clear technical roadmap.

Your Day-to-day Would Look Like

  • Analyzing, designing, engineering, and optimizing Java-based solutions
  • Planning and recommending changes to existing infrastructure
  • Aligning application design with specifications and business goals
  • Identifying potential challenges and bottlenecks in order to address them proactively
  • Testing and maintenance of custom-made software modules

You Fit This Position If You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and designing business applications using Java open-source frameworks
  • 5+ years of experience in developing transactional systems on Java platforms with at least 100 concurrent users
  • 2+ years of experience working with Apache Tomcat-based application environments
  • 2+ years of experience with integration via SOAP and REST web services
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot applications
  • 6+ months of experience with Apache CXF web service technologies
  • Solid experience building enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum and DevOps is a plus
  • Knowledge of React and MongoDB is a bonus
  • Strong command of English in a professional context
