Interior Designer

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion with minimal oversight from senior leadership.
• Interpret design direction and translate ideas into well-executed solutions.
• Create space plans, models, drawings, material boards, and mood boards.
• Deliver high-quality 3D design work using SketchUp and Enscape.
• Coordinate and review work with external consultants on renderings, models, and prototypes
• Present design proposals internally and to clients, supporting live problem-solving discussions.
• Oversee the production of construction documentation, specifications, and material selections.
• Align all work with the studio’s design process and documentation standards.

What you must have:

• Degree from an accredited design or architecture program.
• 3+ years of professional experience in hospitality design.
• High proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to lead internal coordination and manage a team of designers.
• Strong eye for spatial planning, materiality, and design functionality.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience reviewing and refining design documentation and consultant deliverables
• Advanced English level.
