This role is an opportunity to support and collaborate with senior designers across all phases of design, from early concept development through construction administration.

What you do

• Lead and manage design projects from concept through construction administration
• Champion innovative, narrative-driven design solutions
• Collaborate with Principals to define project vision, work plans, and fees.
• Oversee drawings, documentation, FF&E specs, and visual presentations
• Mentor and support designers, ensuring thoughtful storytelling and clarity in execution.
• Present confidently to clients and stakeholders with strategic and emotional insight
• Guide design research, materials selection, and coordination with consultants.
• Strategize how brands translate into space, both conceptually and practically
• Participate in business development and represent The Society in the design community
• Cultivate strong client relationships and oversee project delivery

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in interior design
• At least 5 years of professional experience, with a strong hospitality portfolio
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Enscape,
• Strong understanding of all phases of design, documentation, and construction
• Experience mentoring others
• Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, sourcing, and selections
• The ability to generate original design concepts—and elevate the ideas of others
• Solid understanding of detailing, constructability, and applicable building codes
• Experience coordinating MEP and structural systems in interior environments
