HubSpot Online Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Salary: $1,000 - $1,400/month

Reports To: Chief Creative Officer (CCO)

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm Central Time

Job Summary: We are seeking an Online Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize our digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on creating, managing, and enhancing marketing webpages, email campaigns, social media, and lead nurturing workflows within HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot, digital marketing, and campaign optimization to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Design, build, and optimize marketing webpages and website content using HubSpot CMS.​
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage automated email drip campaigns, workflows, and segmentation strategies to nurture leads through the marketing funnel.​
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media campaigns, workflows, and segmentation strategies to nurture leads through the marketing funnel.​
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation strategies leveraging HubSpot’s automation tools.​
  • Campaign Management : Organize and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot analytics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions.​
  • A/B Testing: Manage A/B testing of email subject lines, content, and landing page designs to enhance user experience and campaign performance.​
  • Data Management: Maintain data hygiene and segmentation best practices within HubSpot.​
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on HubSpot updates, best practices, and marketing automation trends to maximize the platform’s capabilities.​

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email automation, workflows, and CMS.​
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, website content, and lead nurturing strategies.​
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.​
  • Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).​
  • Knowledge of website basics: HTML/CSS/JS, domain management.​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).​
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.​

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in online marketing for lead generation, qualification, conversion, and customer support.​
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing).​
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.​
