Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end practices.
Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, interactive web interfaces.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with JavaScript developers to integrate dynamic functionality.
Write clean, semantic, and reusable code with a focus on accessibility (WCAG standards).
Debug and resolve layout/rendering issues across different browsers.
Work with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
Assist in UI/UX improvements based on feedback and analytics.
Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in HTML/CSS development (portfolio or GitHub links required).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles (Flexbox, Grid, Media Queries).
Familiarity with CSS methodologies (BEM, SMACSS) and preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery for DOM manipulation.
Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
Ability to work with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
