We're a small but mighty team, currently made up of our founder, a virtual assistant and a skilled offshore development team based in Brazil. As we scale, we're looking to bring on a dependable and empathetic Growth Marketing Manager who can help us shine.The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s excited to take ownership of lead generation, customer acquisition and brand visibility for a growing healthcare-focused SaaS company!

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team and free trial conversations.
  • Optimize paid ad spend across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta with a strong focus on ROI 📈.
  • Leverage SEO, SEM and content marketing to drive organic growth.

Content Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of high-value content including blogs, case studies, white papers and newsletters ✍️.
  • Ensure all content supports lead generation and brand-building efforts.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Design strategies to convert free trial users into loyal, paying customers ❤️.
  • Build and execute targeted email and social media campaigns for healthcare professionals and resellers.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights 📊.
  • Provide regular, insightful reports to demonstrate marketing impact.

🎯 Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Success in scaling marketing efforts for startups or small teams.
  • Experience targeting SMBs and mid-sized businesses (healthcare industry experience is a big plus!).
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, AI tools, etc.).
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing and content creation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to craft innovative, attention-grabbing marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic mindset focused on achieving and exceeding measurable growth targets.
