We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s excited to take ownership of lead generation, customer acquisition and brand visibility for a growing healthcare-focused SaaS company!
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team and free trial conversations.
- Optimize paid ad spend across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta with a strong focus on ROI 📈.
- Leverage SEO, SEM and content marketing to drive organic growth.
Content Marketing
- Oversee the creation of high-value content including blogs, case studies, white papers and newsletters ✍️.
- Ensure all content supports lead generation and brand-building efforts.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Design strategies to convert free trial users into loyal, paying customers ❤️.
- Build and execute targeted email and social media campaigns for healthcare professionals and resellers.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights 📊.
- Provide regular, insightful reports to demonstrate marketing impact.
🎯 Key Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Success in scaling marketing efforts for startups or small teams.
- Experience targeting SMBs and mid-sized businesses (healthcare industry experience is a big plus!).
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, AI tools, etc.).
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing and content creation.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV).
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to craft innovative, attention-grabbing marketing campaigns.
- Strategic mindset focused on achieving and exceeding measurable growth targets.
