Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Transform basic floor plans into visually stunning and realistic 3D renderings using Adobe Photoshop and other cutting-edge design software
• Develop creative concepts that align with current design trends and client preferences, particularly in color schemes and modern aesthetics
• Work autonomously to interpret client needs and enhance floor plans, bringing unique properties to life visually
• Maintain a consistent design language across projects while infusing each rendering with creative flair and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual content that exceeds client expectations
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Stay at the forefront of design trends and technology, continuously improving your skills and contributing innovative ideas to the team
• Participate in the evolution of the company’s design processes, helping to establish best practices as the business scales

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing floor plan rendering and 3D visualization skills
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design software
• Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week) with flexibility to potentially transition to full-time as the company grows
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for current design trends, especially in interior design and architecture
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple projects
• Effective communication skills to understand client briefs and collaborate with team members
• Passion for real estate, architecture, or interior design is a plus
