About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our remote team at Siege Media. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and on-brand visual content that supports our clients' marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be creating in-post images for blogs and resource pages, developing impactful data visualizations, and ensuring all designs align with the branding guidelines of world-class brands. You will collaborate closely with project managers, content marketing teams, and clients to produce high-quality graphics that enhance content visibility and user engagement. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a creative environment, develop your design skills, and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns across various industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a graphic design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma for collaborative design projects
• Ability to create original illustrations and well-structured layouts
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Agile graphic design capabilities for diverse industries
• Close attention to detail and strong editing skills
• Proven ability to generate creative ideas that attract attention online

Responsibilities

• Design in-post images for blog and resource page content, ensuring visual appeal and clarity
• Align all visual assets with the branding guidelines of leading brands
• Create compelling data visualizations to support marketing objectives
• Collaborate with project managers and content teams to implement design concepts effectively
• Work efficiently under deadlines to produce marketable images for web use
• Interface with clients to understand brand requirements and content ideas
• Incorporate client and team feedback to refine and finalize designs
• Stay updated on current graphic design trends to develop innovative visual content
• Maintain consistency and quality across all visual assets
