About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer on a 1099 contract basis to work remotely. This role requires a creative professional capable of brainstorming and producing compelling design campaigns for both print and digital media. The designer will ensure brand consistency across various platforms and collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality visuals that support client initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create new design campaigns and visual elements for print and digital use, including advertising, signage, websites, social media, logos, billboards, brochures, flyers, e-newsletters, and event materials.
• Maintain consistency in branding elements such as logos, fonts, and colors to ensure a cohesive look and feel.
• Provide creative input on website design, social media content, video clips, and photography.
• Ensure designs comply with 508 Accessibility Standards.
• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to new information and feedback from stakeholders.
• Edit images and design assets efficiently while keeping up with current visual design trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in graphic design.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or a related field preferred.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects with varying specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including clear communication with stakeholders about project status.
• Familiarity with accessible design principles and current visual design trends.
• Ability to react promptly to feedback and revise designs as necessary.
• Must provide a link to a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
