Job Description:
Our client seeks a dynamic, creative individual to support its marketing team as a primary creative resource. This role requires collaboration, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and consistently delivering work that aligns with brand standards, from concept to ready-to-use artwork.
Responsibilities of the role:
- **Graphic Design:**
- Develop graphics for social media, digital and print ads.
- Create engaging content for the website and Amazon store.
- Design product mock-ups for marketing campaigns.
- Produce in-store elements such as POP displays and collateral.
- **Photography/Videography:**
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, including lifestyle shots.
- Edit content for impactful social and digital advertising.
- **General:**
- Maintain an organized file management system for all creative assets.
- Uphold and protect creative brand guidelines.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with product photography and styling.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with non-designers.
- Self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with marketing trends, especially in digital channels and CPG brands.
- Commitment to continuous learning with an outstanding online portfolio.
- Experience in CPG is a plus.
