About The Role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in developing a diverse range of assets that will define and enhance our brand's visual identity. You will design compelling product images, email marketing content, logos, illustrations, and layouts, all while ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.

In addition to traditional design work, you'll help us enhance our email marketing efforts by adopting a more personalized approach to connect with our audience. We need a skilled designer who can take initiative on email-related projects, optimize email performance, and create visually appealing, high-performing assets.

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter with the ability to generate brilliant ideas and a keen eye for detail. A passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and effective designs is essential, especially with an eye toward email marketing optimization and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

• Design and optimize email marketing assets, including templates, banners, and graphics, for use in Klaviyo campaigns.
• Develop and manage email flows and sequences, ensuring designs are engaging and optimized for user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing on email designs and elements (subject lines, images, calls to action) to improve performance and conversion rates.
• Review and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to inform future design improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling, high-performing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Create visually appealing email newsletters that align with brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement.
• Design website assets such as banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics to support marketing initiatives.
• Study design briefs to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other assets using design software
• Collaborate with team members to refine and finalize design concepts.
• Select appropriate colors, layouts, and typography for each graphic.
• Test and adjust designs for various media and platforms.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to produce cohesive content across digital and print channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of logos, fonts, and other assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating email newsletters and website assets to support marketing efforts and enhance user experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with specific expertise in Klaviyo or other similar email marketing platform.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and building email flows in Klaviyo to optimize email performance.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret performance data from email campaigns to enhance designs and strategies.
• Familiarity with best practices for email marketing design, including mobile optimization and compliance with email regulations.
• Understanding of email marketing principles, UX/UI design, and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and familiarity with other tools like Dreamweaver and Quark.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong eye for visual composition, aesthetics, and detail.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to work 7 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time zone
• Reliable internet access and a private remote workstation.
