About The Opportunity
Dayforce is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio team. In this role, you will help shape and elevate the Dayforce brand through innovative design and visual storytelling. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to create memorable brand experiences, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints. From ideation to execution, you will lead projects that align with our brand’s voice, values, and strategic direction.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Lead Creative Projects: Conceptualize and execute design solutions for marketing campaigns, web, email, print, and social media—managing projects from concept to final delivery.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure visual consistency across all branded assets; help evolve and maintain design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Web, Comms, Events, and Content teams to transform complex messages into compelling visuals.
- Mentorship & Review: Provide feedback, guidance, and design leadership to junior and mid-level team members; lead design reviews and support a culture of learning and excellence.
- Project Management: Balance multiple deadlines and deliverables while working under pressure; manage external vendors when necessary to meet creative objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of accuracy in design deliverables, including proofing, file preparation, and production handoffs.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, brand storytelling, layout, typography, and visual execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Knowledge of both print production and digital design best practices.
- Strong illustration skills are a major asset.
