About The Role
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing creative team at a remote advertising and marketing agency. This is a mid-level position ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, fluent English communication skills, and the ability to balance fast-paced production work with occasional creative projects.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Senior Designer to deliver high-quality marketing collateral, both templated and custom, across web, print, and digital media.
What You’ll Do
Design and adapt marketing materials such as:
- Web pages and landing pages
- Print collateral (pamphlets, brochures, business cards)
- Digital and social media ads
- Logos and branding elements
Additional Responsibilities Include
- Modifying and adapting templates for different formats and audiences
- Reconfiguring layouts and maintaining consistency across brand assets
- Collaborating with team members and responding to feedback and revision requests efficiently
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with speed and accuracy
Tools You’ll Use
Primary: Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Secondary: Canva (occasional use)
Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in production or media design roles
Language
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level); excellent grammar and communication skills
Skills
- Strong layout, typography, and production design capabilities
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while still contributing creative input when needed
- Comfort with fast turnarounds and revisions
Personality
- Adaptable, proactive, and a strong cultural fit for a collaborative remote team
- Willing to learn, receive feedback, and grow with the company
Work Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Must be located within ±1 hour of Eastern Time (ET)
