What does the ideal candidate look like?
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of social-media ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Familiarity with AI design tools—e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Canva Magic, or similar—for rapid concepting, upscaling, and batch variations.
- Strong understanding of social-media platforms and their audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, passionate about design perfection, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and design compelling, high-converting ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring each asset meets platform specs and audience expectations.
- Integrate AI into your workflow:
- Generate first-draft visuals and multiple variants for A/B testing.
- Use AI for background removal, smart object swaps, upscaling, and color matching.
- Maintain a prompt library and share best practices with the team.
- Ensure all designs adhere to clients’ brand guidelines and reflect ScaleX’s vision and ethos.
- Stay updated on the latest design, advertising, and AI trends; proactively test and adopt new techniques.
- Collaborate closely with performance-marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign strategy.
- Participate actively in feedback sessions, iterating quickly (with help from AI tools) to refine creatives.
- Review past campaigns, draw insights, and apply learnings—leveraging AI analytics where useful—for continual growth.
