Robert Half is partnering with a global e-commerce and tech enterprise to hire a Visual Designer to support the Creators Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, creator-focused team driving visually compelling marketing content across digital channels. The role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in graphic design, web and social-first thinking, and an elevated sense of visual storytelling.

Duration: 12 months
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $40–43/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Develop on-brand promotional and strategic graphics across a variety of formats, including email, web banners, landing page assets, creator-facing newsletters, and social media (organic and paid)
- Translate design briefs into elevated, production-ready visuals in collaboration with copywriters and marketing managers
- Work within established brand guidelines and style guides while contributing fresh design thinking
- Contribute to event-related creative (e.g. Prime Day-style sales, seasonal campaigns like Black Friday or Mother's Day) through a creator-focused lens
- Participate in weekly design reviews and “walk-the-store” sessions to iterate on design based on stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners via Slack, 1:1 meetings, and creative reviews
- Own the design execution of incoming briefs, bringing high-level ideas to life quickly and iteratively
- Present design work to stakeholders as needed, showcasing creative rationale and alignment to strategy
- Stay ahead of trends and bring new ideas to the table that reflect the latest in social, retail, and creator marketing
Requirements
Top 3 Requirements:
- Strong graphic design skills with a focus on typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Solid understanding of digital design principles across web and social platforms
- High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or web-based design environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating social-first work and visually engaging, modern designs
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative teams
- Understanding of influencer and creator marketing is a strong plus
- Motion design skills (GIFs or light animation) a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills
