Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience to create compelling visuals for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, typography, and design principles and be proficient in industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce eye-catching graphics that align with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Develop logos, icons, illustrations, and branding assets for company and client projects.
  • Create visually engaging UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications (optional).
  • Work with marketing teams to design email templates, infographics, and landing pages.
  • Edit and enhance images for digital and print use.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring correct formatting and specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
  • Experience in designing for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Ability to take creative direction and translate concepts into visual assets.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Adobe XD (optional).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
