• Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message
• Design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to use
• Present design concepts to clients or art directors
• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
• Seeking a mid-to-senior level graphic designer to work on both digital and print projects across multiple brand touchpoints.
• The Designer 4 will collaborate closely with the Creative Services Team and internal/external partners in creating digital and print content.
• This position will be responsible for concept, design and production of both digital and print deliverables and managing projects from creative brief to execution. Candidates will be adept at translating conceptual strategy into persuasive executions, ideas and concepts in a variety of creative and consultative ways, while maintaining visual appearance, usability, and brand continuity.
• The Designer 4 will work closely with subject matter experts from a variety of Comcast business units to turn technical information into digestible graphics and presentations.
• Candidates should be able to look at the bigger picture in a creative campaign, have great written, verbal, and personal communication skills.
• Other key professional capabilities include excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Must be a team player with an openness to feedback and direction and a demonstrable understanding of industry standards, trends, design processes, methods, and tools. Candidates must share their portfolio featuring beautifully designed projects showcasing a strong understanding and creative approach, illustration, typography, iconography, photography layout, infographics, social media campaigns and brand identity.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
