Salary: Up to PHP 50,000 depending on experience

Summary: We’re on the lookout for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you’ll bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in corporate design, particularly with longform documents, is required. About the Job

Key Duties:

  • Support the Head of Brand and Design in all design-related projects, including the delivery of impactful and successful creative for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Create and update course outlines and directories using InDesign, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
  • Develop and produce a variety of creative assets and variations for best-practice testing, continual refinement, and optimization across channels.
  • Resize and adapt artwork to ensure it is channel-optimized and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design and prepare quarterly calendars and student certificates.
  • Build, optimize, and manage landing pages in Unbounce to support marketing campaigns.
  • Provide personalized marketing materials and design resources as needed to support client and team requirements.
  • Execute high-quality marketing collateral while maintaining consistency and adhering to brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring accessibility and proper version control.

Stakeholders:

  • Internal: Marketing Department, Education Team, Sales, People and Culture, Campus Staff.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
  • Strong layout design and typography skills.
  • Comfortable working in Illustrator to create social media ads.
  • Strong experience working with PowerPoint including creation of master templates.
  • Experience in corporate design, ideally with longform documents.
  • Exceptional creativity, innovation, and imagination with a good foundation understanding of color, form, and layout.
  • A good eye for detail and ability to undertake repetitive tasks and stay focused.
  • The ability to work to briefs and deadlines and be self-motivated.
  • The ability to work well within a team.
  • The ability to be flexible if priorities suddenly change.
  • Possessing a desire to learn and hone your skills.
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
  • Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Asana.

Qualifications:

  • A qualification in Graphic Design and/or 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
  • Comfortable working in Illustrator to create social media ads.
  • Experience working with HTML and Unbounce. (desirable)
  • Experience with video editing in Premiere.
