Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various mediums. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with our marketing, branding, and product teams to create visually stunning assets that engage our audience and communicate our brand message effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling visual assets for digital and print platforms, including but not limited to: websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into visually impactful designs.
  • Create and iterate on design concepts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices, and leverage them to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2+ years as a Graphic Designer for marketing materials, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software/tools as Figma, Canva and Capcut.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and willingness to accept constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Post Production Knowledge (i.e After Effects)
  • Web Design Experience
