Equals Five are looking for an experienced, dynamic and energetic Graphic Designer, to join our fast-growing team. What we are not looking for is bland, and functional design/creative – so we hoping this isn’t you!

In this role, you will be responsible for translating concepts into visually appealing designs, creating engaging marketing materials, and contributing to the overall brand identity.

You would be working with the Equals Five sales and marketing team, plus working directly with some of our great clients, so this would be a diverse and rewarding role.

Currently we are offering:

  • Competitive, market related salary - R2,000 - R3,000 per day.
  • Remote/home working from SA - Working with a friendly and positive UK team
  • Ongoing support and coaching from experienced marketing professionals

Please note, we are based in the UK, so you would be required to work to UK working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, posters, social media graphics, and presentations etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for online and offline campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for various projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with current design trends and technologies.
