🎯 Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BSc)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in professional graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-level creativity across multiple formats

📌 Who We're Looking For:

We’re hiring a visionary Creative Lead who can own and elevate the visual identity of multiple brands under Shihab Group (including Shihab Mart, Shihab Agro, Shihab Technical Institute, and more). The ideal candidate must be able to lead creative direction, conceptualize brand visuals, and maintain a consistent aesthetic across all platforms and businesses.

✅ Core Requirements:

  • Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory)
  • Strong experience in branding, identity design, and layout composition
  • Ability to create campaign-ready graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, web, and print
  • Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience in concept development, art direction, and team collaboration
  • Motion graphics knowledge (After Effects or CapCut) is a plus
  • Must be creative, fast, responsive to feedback, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently without relying on micro-management

📊 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design strategy and visual storytelling across all companies under the group
  • Design product visuals, campaign graphics, event posters, promotional materials
  • Maintain a consistent visual tone aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with digital marketers and content writers for ad campaigns
  • Oversee social media content design, packaging, banners, and print items
  • Take full ownership of design delivery — from concept to final execution
  • Provide direction or feedback to junior designers if applicable
