Coral Gardeners is a global organization with operations in French Polynesia, Fiji, and Thailand, on a mission to restore the world’s coral reefs by combining cutting-edge science with an unconventional, community-driven approach.

THE JOB:

Under the supervision of the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling and engaging visuals to promote the mission of Coral Gardeners and make ocean conservation so beautiful that it’s impossible to ignore.

Responsibilities :

• Create content for social media to elevate the visual identity of our channels, drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Create digital assets for marketing and promotional campaigns such as ads, banners, newsletters, webpages, etc.
• Implement and help elevate Coral Gardeners’ brand identity across all visuals and designs.
• Support the internal needs of Coral Gardeners requiring the creation of templates, presentation decks and office designs.
• Assist the design of our product offerings, merch and collaborative collections with our partners.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media and branding to bring fresh ideas and graphic solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in graphic design with a great portfolio.
• Sharp brand sensitivity and a strong design aesthetic.
• Excellent sense of design, including composition, color and typography.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe, Figma, Keynote and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of all the main social platforms and their respective specs.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
