Role Overview: You will own the end to end infrastructure for our Backoffice solution that helps any chef start, run and manage their private chef business. Our AI powered backoffice is already live in Austin, TX and in this role you will be responsible for preparing the infrastructure to support onboarding of private chef businesses anywhere in the country. This is an immediate contract role that is open for engineers in the US or EU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, APIs, and databases.
  • Collaborate with engineers to build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including founders, designers, and other engineers, to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay curious and proactive in learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years work experience is a must
  • Experience building in Tailwind CSS, Next.js
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on challenges and learn from them.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to collaborate and contribute.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or experience with mobile app development.
