FullStack Developer (Node + React)

We’re currently partnering with one of our global clients to support the evolution of their internal business operations system. This platform is used across multiple countries and locations and serves as a centralized hub for managing, tracking, and coordinating business activities worldwide.

Our focus will be on maintaining system performance, addressing bugs, implementing minor enhancements, and ensuring continuous monitoring to support a seamless user experience.

As a Fullstack Developer on this project, you’ll play a key role in improving and supporting the platform, working closely with the client to drive high-impact outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the client to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication on progress and deliverables
• Identify, address, and resolve technical debt within the client’s existing tools, promoting sustainable and efficient solutions
• Optimize and enhance file processing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met
• Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Proficient expertise in backend development in Node or similar (TypeScript, Python, Ruby)
• Strong in front-end development using React
• Experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients in a collaborative and solutions-focused manner
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
