Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer with a strong command of PHP (Laravel) and a passion for building scalable, maintainable applications. This is a full-time, permanent remote position offering the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in an agile, international team.

Tasks

  • Analyze, design, and develop new web applications and internal tools

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement technical solutions

  • Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring performance and stability

  • Provide code reviews, contribute to technical best practices, and document processes

  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and optimization techniques

  • Manage tasks independently while contributing to shared goals and project timelines

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full stack development

  • Expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework

  • Proficiency with jQuery, JavaScript, and core front-end principles

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS

  • Familiarity with React.js, or openness to learning and using it

  • Experience with Git (Bitbucket or similar) and modern version control workflows

  • Understanding of Docker for development environments

  • Experience with issue-tracking tools like Mantis or Jira

  • Awareness of modern development principles, security practices, and performance optimization

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team

  • Openness to feedback and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement
