Roadz is a dynamic technology company seeking an innovative Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Palo Alto, or work remotely from North/Central/South America. We are looking for a skilled engineer who can contribute to our cutting-edge software solutions involving sophisticated data systems, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable software systems from the ground up
• Design and implement data-intensive applications
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) based frameworks
• Create efficient frontend and backend solutions
• Develop internal tools using Retool
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Ability to design and implement complex system architectures
• Experience with LLM application frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
• Proven track record of developing data-intensive applications
• Experience working in a startup environment

Retool Expertise

• Experience building tools and dashboards
• Ability to connect data sources and create interactive interfaces
• Skill in extending Retool's capabilities with custom JavaScript

Technical Skills

• Advanced programming in Python and JavaScript
• Web frameworks (React, Django, Flask, Node.js)
• Database design and management
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Machine learning and AI technology integration
• Retool for rapid internal tool development
