About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Front End Oriented Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely within the United States. In this role, you will work on a modern Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud platform that supports users across more than 49 countries. The core platform manages large-scale processing of billions of tasks daily, delivering critical healthcare data and insights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a passion for software engineering, and a commitment to building scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions for medical devices. Your contributions will directly impact the development of innovative health monitoring products, particularly in the diabetes care segment, revolutionizing how glucose levels are monitored and managed globally.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment
- Proficiency in full stack development with Go, React, Node, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSX
- Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and software design principles
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and object-oriented programming
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and project management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Practical experience developing high-volume, low-latency services
- Understanding of secure coding practices and collaboration with InfoSec teams
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, 8+ years of experience, familiarity with internationalization, data visualization, container orchestration, and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Learn and enhance existing healthcare platforms built on React and Go technologies
- Design, develop, and implement services, features, and components utilizing React, Node, and Go
- Create scalable, highly available, and reliable cloud solutions for a global healthcare platform
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and integrate APIs, enabling data sharing and utilization
- Write maintainable, testable, and high-performance code adhering to best practices
- Work closely with InfoSec teams to ensure security and compliance in all solutions
- Define and shape API contracts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve system architecture and operational efficiency
- Develop internal tooling and APIs to streamline engineering and business processes
- Implement systemic changes to align systems with architectural goals
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and models to illustrate system design and workflows
- Participate actively in Agile development cycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Support performance tuning, uptime, and scalability initiatives
