The platform includes role-based dashboards (admin, franchise, agent), automated website creation with layout previews, QR code and NFC card generation, multilingual support (English and Swahili), client login portals, reporting tools with PDF/Excel export, and renewal package management. The system must be secure, responsive, mobile-first, and aligned with modern UI standards. The initial project phase must be delivered within 30 days, with full completion expected within 45–60 days. Project documentation will be provided, and there is potential for long-term collaboration.

Requirements

Expert-level experience in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS
Proven ability to build secure, responsive, and scalable custom web applications
Experience developing role-based dashboard systems with user-friendly layouts
Strong skills in multilingual web development and interface localization
Familiarity with QR code generation, NFC integrations, and third-party API connectivity
Ability to implement reporting tools with PDF and Excel export options
Demonstrated proficiency in building clean, modern UI using soft shadows, rounded corners, tabbed interfaces, live charts, and contemporary fonts (e.g., Montserrat, Poppins)
Experience with mobile-first design principles ensuring smooth performance on both desktop and mobile devices
Capacity to deliver the first project phase within 30 days and full project within 45–60 days
Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration and project alignment
