Job Title: Full-Stack Developer / Technical Partner

Location: Remote (PH Candidates Preferred - Dubai Time Zone)

Compensation: $2,500–$3,000/month

🚀 About the Role

We’re building a portfolio of early-stage, AI-powered product ideas under a flexible startup incubation model. The goal is to test, validate, and launch lightweight tools and platforms across various domains. Each project starts lean—with AI prototyping platforms like Lovable—but requires a reliable developer to transform concepts into deployable MVPs.

We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer / Technical Partner to work directly with the founder. This is not a gig-based or transactional dev role—it's a long-term, collaborative partnership focused on building multiple projects from zero to one.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-ambiguity environments, moves fast, and has the technical breadth to work across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure. Part-time to start (~3 days/week) with potential to grow into a full-time, ongoing role.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and deploy full-stack MVPs for a range of AI-driven micro-startups
  • Own both front-end and back-end implementation across multiple projects
  • Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., social media platforms, payment providers, e-commerce tools)
  • Extend and enhance prototypes built on no-code/AI tools like Lovable
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on feasibility, architecture, and timelines
  • Rapidly test, iterate, and launch lightweight tools into production environments

🧠 Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Strong full-stack experience using modern frameworks like React, Next.js, Node.js, or Python
  • Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Vercel) and basic DevOps (CI/CD, containers)
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs: Stripe, Shopify, Instagram, etc.
  • Comfortable working with AI and no-code platforms like Lovable, Make, Zapier, or OpenAI
  • Excellent communication and autonomy—able to self-manage and work directly with a founder
  • Bonus points for: side projects, startup experience, or exposure to AI/ML tools
