Benefits
Fair pay: We offer a salary above the market median for a developer (Associate level) in Mexico, along with predefined bonus payments for achieving significant milestones, such as launching the MVP on time
Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of a remote work setup, allowing you to work from anywhere and anytime. An 80% workload (4-day work week) is also possible with your salary adjusted accordingly. At the end, as long as you are present at key meetings and achieve the defined work each day, you enjoy full flexibility
Innovative Environment: The project is not a simple SaaS tool with GPT integration. It is highly technical with tasks that have not been solved thus far (we can explain more in the interview). Be a part of a cutting-edge project, using the latest technologies and contributing to this groundbreaking novelty, learning valuable new skills for your future career
Additional Holidays: 20 vacation days per year in the first year.
Growth Opportunities: You’ll be employee number 1, which means you can build up your own team and take on a leadership role later on. If you're open to moving, we can talk about relocating you and your family to Switzerland or Germany
Impactful Work: The work you do really has an impact as you are coding the MVP following our clear requirements and your own ideas. Enjoy the short decision-making paths and build something extraordinary
Collaborative Culture: Work with a skilled and friendly team in a fast-moving environment. We focus on building great things, working together, being creative, and always learning
