Full Stack Developer – Full Time

Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month (depends on individual application)

Location: 100% Remote, work from any corner of the world

Timings: No fixed hours. Work whenever you want— as long as you can deliver visible progress every day.

Probation Period: 3 months (full-time, paid at ₹40,000/month)

We’re a small team of fast-moving builders who launch AI-powered SaaS tools designed to help marketers grow faster.

Our focus: Shipping SaaS and micro SaaS tools that automate mundane marketing workflows, surface insights, and maximize output using AI.

Think scrapers, dashboards, content tools, SEO tools, lead gen platforms—all made smarter and faster with AI.

If you enjoy hacking together MVPs, experimenting with new AI workflows, and turning ideas into live tools in days not months, you’ll love working with us.

Who We’re Looking For (2–3 Years Experience Required):

You’ve been working as a full stack dev for at least 2 years.

You should be someone who:

  • Designs beautiful frontends
  • Writes solid, scalable backend code
  • Uses AI tools daily to speed things up
  • Is always up to date with the latest in AI
  • Can figure things out fast—even when you're unfamiliar with a tech stack

We don’t care about your degree, college, or work history.

What matters is: What have you built?

If you’ve done impressive work before—and can prove it—we want you.

We build new things every day.

So we need someone who’s not scared of not knowing—just someone who can figure things out and get it done.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of real-world experience building and shipping products
  • You’ve built real projects (personal, freelance, startup—doesn’t matter)
  • You know how to design and build frontends that look and feel amazing (we really care about this)
  • You can put together a backend that scales without breaking
  • You use AI tools (GPT, Copilot, etc.) every single day to ship faster
  • You’re constantly learning, especially about what’s happening in the AI world
  • You love building things end-to-end, fast and clean

Who This Is Not For

  • If you need daily hand-holding
  • If you don’t use AI tools to speed up your dev work
  • If you can't ship fast. You’re competing with AI, your speed is the new KPI.

Must-Know Tech:

  • Next.js
  • TailwindCSS
  • Upstash / Vector DBs
  • OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
  • AI agents & workflows (Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
  • Web scraping
  • AWS / Azure

What Doesn’t Matter:

  • Your college
  • Your degree
  • Whether you worked at a big company

What matters is:

What have you built? How fast can you build more? And how well can you design and ship it?
