Full Stack Developer

As we scale up, we're expanding our software team and searching for a talented Full-Stack Developer to help supercharge our platform and drive seamless cloud operations.

• Build and enhance our backend systems using Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) to power real-time recycling at scale.
• Dive into dynamic frontend projects with React, shaping intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and shape the Software for the next generation of AI Recycling Machines (PoP Software, Customer Portal, Backoffice/BI/Dashboards for Recycling Centers).
• Work closely with a driven team to boost system performance and deliver a seamless, rewarding user experience.
• Contribute to cloud operations with a focus on scalability, security, and rock-solid reliability.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Proficiency in Python (Flask) for backend development.
• Strong experience with React (JavaScript/TypeScript) for frontend applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a big plus.
• Understanding of authentication and security best practices.
• Bonus: Experience with IoT integrations or hardware-software interaction and robotics.
