Your Role

• As a Full Stack Developer at HYI.ai, you’ll work on high-impact projects for fast-growing startups. You’ll own features end-to-end — from designing robust backend APIs in Node.js to building slick, performant UIs with React.js. We’re looking for developers who thrive in remote, startup-paced environments and take full ownership of what they build.

• Frontend: React.js, Redux, Next.js, TailwindCSS / Material UI
• Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest.js), REST & GraphQL APIs
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
• DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP (bonus)
• Testing: Jest, Cypress, Postman
• Tools: Git, Jira, VS Code, Postman
• Strong debugging, performance tuning & scalable architecture know-how

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building scalable web apps
• Strong command over JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)
• Experience in deploying and maintaining full-stack systems
• Comfortable working with APIs, third-party integrations, and async workflows
• Proactive communicator, independent problem-solver
• Startup mindset: fast learner, self-starter, gets things done
• Bonus: Experience in freelancing, remote collaboration, or contributing to tech startups
