**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team at our office in Infopark, Kochi. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer with 2 to 6 years of experience in full-stack development, particularly with React and .NET Core technologies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development, along with experience in database management and deployment pipelines. This role offers an excellent platform to work on innovative projects and contribute to building high-performance applications that meet business and technical requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React for front-end development and .NET Core (6+) for back-end services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
• Implement best practices for UI/UX design, ensuring applications are user-friendly and responsive across devices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards and project guidelines.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and coverage.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate automated testing, integration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring application stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile ceremonies to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant technologies and methodologies into projects.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.

**Required Qualifications**

• 2 to 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
• Proven expertise with .NET Core (version 6 or above) for back-end development.
• Good understanding of REST API design, development, and integration.
• Experience in responsive UI development and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid knowledge of database design, optimization, and ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks and practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and version control systems like Git.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
