About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Kerala. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative in-office team when required. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end technologies, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and post-launch support. This position is ideal for professionals looking to contribute to a fast-paced, technology-forward company with an emphasis on innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience.

Work with back-end frameworks to implement server-side logic and integrate front-end elements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate with other developers.

Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Required Qualifications

Experience in full-stack software development with a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end frameworks.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in modern front-end libraries or frameworks.

Practical knowledge of back-end development and server-side languages and frameworks.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and performance.

Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in mobile app development will be considered an added advantage.
