About Us

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to help us build and enhance our systems. This role requires a proactive, critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems to support AI and image generation applications.
• Improve and optimize existing architecture for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and AI specialists to integrate backend solutions seamlessly.
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges with a systems-level approach.
• Work autonomously and proactively contribute to strategic technical decisions.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React
• Backend: Python (primary focus)
• Deployment: Supercell, GCP, AWS (auxiliary services)
• GP Provider: Modal
• AI Focus: Image and video generation (not text/LLM)
• Key Requirement: Strong fundamentals; specific tool knowledge is less critical

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with backend technologies (Python preferred; Node.js, Go, or equivalent also considered).
• Familiarity with AI and image generation technologies (preferred but not required).
• Ability to understand and improve existing architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving requirements and high expectations.

Candidate Location and Work Schedule:

• Initially targeting candidates in the Philippines but open to global talent.
• Flexible schedule with two weekly team meetings.
• Some overlap with PST working hours required

Nice To Have

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Frontend development experience (React, Vue, or equivalent).
• Prior experience working with AI models or image processing frameworks.
