About The Company

I am representing a well-funded Web3 startup operating in stealth mode, focused on building a next-generation platform that bridges traditional finance and decentralized technologies. This is an early-stage opportunity to work directly with a highly experienced founding team on a product that is redefining trading infrastructure.

The Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join as a founding team member. This individual will be responsible for owning the frontend architecture and implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with React and a strong understanding of modern frontend practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain core user-facing features using React and Next.js
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally under time constraints
  • Contribute to product decisions and UX/UI

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building frontend applications, with a strong command of React and associated libraries
  • Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote-first environment
  • Web3 experience - MIN. 3 years within a reputable project
  • Experience working with Web3 technologies, including wallets, smart contracts (ethers.js, web3.js), and blockchain APIs
  • Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js/Rust)
  • Familiarity with DeFi protocols and crypto-native user experience patterns
  • Must be based in or willing to work within overlapping hours of time zones between San Francisco and Dubai
