About The Role

We are hiring a Software Engineer - Frontend to join our team and help shape the quality of our user experience. This role focuses on building polished, accessible, and developer-friendly interfaces. You'll collaborate closely with product and design teams, bring empathy for the user to every project, and make significant contributions to both the frontend architecture and the broader engineering culture.

Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain high standards for UI/UX quality across all products
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop intuitive user interfaces
  • Design and document reusable component patterns for scalable development
  • Enhance frontend architecture, data syncing, and performance
  • Participate in defining the UI roadmap and contribute to long-term planning
  • Offer frontend expertise in technical decision-making across teams
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and gather feedback
  • Take initiative in leadership or supportive roles as needed
  • Represent the company in external channels through blog posts and documentation
  • Contribute to Radix projects and their ongoing maintenance
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding of engineering team members

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining interactive web applications
  • Proven track record shipping and supporting complex frontend projects
  • Strong UX and design instincts, with a focus on accessibility and usability
  • Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS
  • Familiarity with backend fundamentals and database concepts
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments and small teams
  • Clear communication, strong prioritization skills, and a growth mindset
  • Bonus: Background in B2B SaaS or developer tools is a plus
