Frontend Developer (Wellness App)

We’re supporting a growing wellness app that helps users build daily routines for mindfulness, sleep, and focus. Used by over 500,000 people globally and featured in both App Store and Google Play, the product is now evolving fast — and we’re looking for a Frontend Developer to help shape the next generation of user experience.

You’ll join a tight-knit product team and collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to build out new features, improve performance, and experiment with growth.

💻 What You'll Work On

• Build new user-facing features in React Native (mobile) and React (web)
• Optimize onboarding and habit-tracking flows for engagement and retention
• Work on performance improvements and UI polish across the app
• Support A/B testing experiments for product and growth teams
• Help evolve the design system and component library

🎯 Objectives in the First 6 Months

• Launch a new onboarding flow tested across 3 user cohorts
• Improve session load speed by 30%
• Implement in-app reminders and notifications system
• Collaborate on a new homepage tailored to daily engagement

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, React Native)
• Experience with mobile-first development and UI performance optimization
• Experience in building B2C Consumer Apps
• Strong eye for design and UX consistency
• Curious and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English, based in the EMEA region

🌍 Work Setup

You’ll join a fully remote team that spans 7 countries. The Product & Engineering team has a flat structure and values strong ownership, async-friendly workflows, and quality over quantity. Daily communication is in English.
