About the role:

INGENIOUS.BUILD is looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our remote team. If you have top-notch programming skills and a deep-rooted passion for developing applications or improving existing ones--plus you like to solve problems--we would like to meet you. As a Frontend Developer, you will work closely within a small team in SCRUM (but in conjunction with other dev teams) to ensure system consistency.

Being a part of the team, you will:

  • Use software like Vue.js 3, Typescript and Javascript
  • Optimize and improve the codebase while identifying product enhancements and collaborating with the team to resolve bugs. Leverage strong analytical skills and experience in building large-scale SaaS apps like CRM, CMS, and ERP
  • Be committed to continually improving our codebase, reducing legacy code, adding tests, and keeping things up-to-date
  • The DevOps team is responsible for infrastructure, so you can focus on development. Our pipelines are set up with PHPStan, PHPCS, EsLint, unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, all supporting automatic deployments
  • Learn that our philosophy is to write code that's easy to test and reason about

Skills and Experience needed:

  • 4+ years of commercial experience as a Frontend Engineer, delivering high-quality, user-friendly interfaces
  • Strong expertise in frontend development, including responsive layouts and complex interactions
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS preprocessors
  • Experienced in Vue.js (v3) building scalable, modular applications
  • Well-versed in performance tuning and debugging tools for frontend applications
  • Testing mindset with experience writing and maintaining unit and E2E tests
  • Awareness of usability, accessibility, and UX best practices that lead to intuitive and inclusive interfaces
  • Skilled with RESTful APIs, efficiently integrating backend services
  • Proficient with GIT and collaboration in team environments

The compensation range for this position is quite broad, and we in good faith believe it to be anywhere between 16 000 - 23 000 PLN for senior level; provided, however, that we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon skill set, and location
