Job Overview

As a senior-level Frontend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing the user interface components for our web applications. You will work closely with our backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate design mockups and feature requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications. Your expertise will ensure high performance and availability of the applications, creating a seamless user experience. As an integral part of the development team, you will also mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and design teams to understand user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop front-end architecture and write efficient, robust, and scalable code using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs.
  • Implement responsive designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performing usability testing.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to user interface performance, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, and integrate them into ongoing activities to improve software quality and user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Proven experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with build tools and version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Vuex.
  • Knowledge of backend frameworks and RESTful services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
