Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, frameworks like Bootstrap, and preprocessors like SASS/LESS
Familiarity with PWA, Next.js, Ramda, and Typescript is a plus
Experience with DevOps practices and Observability tools
Strong knowledge of security best practices in software development
Proficiency in JavaScript, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Tooling
Experience improving website performance for global markets
Passion for performance profiling, debugging, and benchmarking
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for design

Responsibilities

Lead the web front-end roadmap for both short and long-term goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver new user-facing features.
Work closely with team members, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Implement pixel-perfect, elegant user interfaces.
Conduct System Design and Code Reviews to build robust applications and prototypes.
Develop reusable, high-quality code and libraries for future use.
Continuously enhance website performance for a global user base.

3. Final Technical Round: System Design, HLD & LLD
