Job Description

Oracle's Estimator Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented UI developer.

This team is chartered with creating intuitive user interfaces for internal and external Oracle Sales tools.

You will be an integral part of the international development team with responsibilities that will include, but not be limited to:

  • Translating complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces to streamline the user experience
  • Creation of new user interfaces
  • Assignment of special projects to update our existing user interfaces to simplify our user experience
  • Cross-functional coordination with other members of the development team (backend developers and API etc) to ensure all components fit seamlessly together
  • Testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high quality releases.

Responsibilities

  • What we are looking for:
  • Expecting degree in Computer Science or engineering related field, Mathematics, and/or equivalent experience (3+ years) in the front end development.
  • High English proficiency (we are international team, all meetings, requirements, emails are in English)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Deep knowledge of TypeScript and/or JavaScript
  • JavaScript framework knowledge (React, Knockout, etc.)
  • HTML5 + CSS3
  • Git / versioning tool
  • MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, Power Point)
