About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic, service-driven technology team. You will develop intuitive, high-quality web interfaces that power seamless user experiences for a range of long-term client projects. Working in close collaboration with UX/UI designers and back-end developers, you’ll ensure design accuracy, performance optimization, and accessibility—while communicating clearly with an English-speaking, international team.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop interactive UI components with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure visual and functional alignment with UX/UI specifications.
  • Optimize web performance to deliver fast, smooth user experiences.
  • Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices, adhering to accessibility standards.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using front-end best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture discussions.
  • Work closely with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Communicate effectively in English, providing updates and documentation within a remote team setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end tooling.
  • Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to transform design specs into functional components.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based architecture.
  • Experience working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  • Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows for front-end deployment.
  • Prior experience in a service-based, client-oriented development environment.
