About The Role

We are hiring a Front-End Developer (React, Material UI) to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will develop and maintain user-friendly front-end components for web applications using React and Material UI. You will play a key role in enhancing UI features, especially table formats with filtering, pagination, and layout adjustments, to improve user experience and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement interactive user interfaces using React and Material UI
  • Design dynamic and responsive tables with pagination, filters, sorting, and user preferences
  • Provide advanced front-end features like column position adjustments, min/max width, drop-downs, and autocomplete filters
  • Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable components
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end functionality with server-side logic
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness
  • Ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in React and Material UI
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript and component-based UI architecture
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
  • Familiarity with native build tools (XCode, Gradle, Android Studio)
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and networking libraries
  • Experience with automated testing tools like Jest or Mocha
  • Ability to design efficient, reusable, and testable components
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail with a focus on UX

Desired Skills

  • Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API)
  • Knowledge of performance optimization strategies
  • Background in unit and integration testing
