Day-to-Day with Your Colleagues

• Implement new application features based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX experts and power users to develop an intuitive and well-researched application.
• Understand the technical needs of other developers within the overall application architecture.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as React and Lit.
• Experience building chat interfaces and working with large language models (LLMs) via API.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Active/current TS/SCI clearance with required polygraph.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Desired Skills

• Experience working with containers for development.
• Experience in containerizing applications and services.
• Familiarity with Git for source control.
• Familiarity with relational database design and SQL query workflows.

Compensation

Maxar is committed to pay transparency. The base salary for this position in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is between 131,000.00and131,000.00and219,000.00 annually. Salaries for other locations are determined based on geographic cost of labor and market conditions. Candidates with minimum necessary qualifications should not expect the top of the range.
